The Inspector’s name, Fitzgerald Inquiry whistleblowing hero Col Dillon is not stated in the report

Queensland Ombudsman Annual Report 1996/97
States that complaints re employment related cases of one’s own circumstances are technically whistleblowing, but were not meant to be categorised as such. WAGQ held that any adverse treatment of whistleblowers would fit within that categorisation of technical whistleblowing that may then be disregarded and not reported by the Ombudsman.
