Capability Loss by Agencies

QWAG’s interest here is in any association, over the longer term, between any loss in the capability of any agency in that agency’s core functions, and allegations, over that same period, of wrongdoing by the agency, including but not limited to, the treatment of public interest disclosures made by whistleblowers and the treatment of those whistleblowers.
