Alleged Tricks by Investigators
Effective legislation protecting whistleblowers and affording them justice may require that the tricks, allegedly used by watchdogs and agencies to deny fair process and/or just outcomes to whistleblowers, may need to be specifically and individually made illegal.
QWAG is thus researching the allegations of such tricks, and informing the government of the existence of such allegations being made by whistleblowers.
The allegations are not regarded as being true or untrue, but the number of allegations is being used to argue that there may be a risk of such tricks being applied, to defeat whistleblower protection legislation that does not protect whistleblowers against such tricks.
