Destruction of Documents

A principal concern arising for QWAG from the monitoring of the Kevin Lindeberg Whistleblowing Case of National Significance are the allegations by others of other cases where documents, sought in Freedom of Information applications and/or in Discovery procedures before the Courts, may have been destroyed, disposed of or lost by government and by government agencies.

QWAG is gathering reports of such allegations from the media, government inquiries and other sources such as in legal case histories and law reports, and union newsletters.
